| ALL RETURNS MUST BE AUTORIZED BY PHONE FIRST AT OUTDOOR POWER SHOP (NO EXPECTIONS call us at (706)637-5611 before returning. No returns after 30 days from the time you received your order. ANY ITEMS SHIPPED BACK WITHOUT AN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU AT YOUR EXPENSE!!! Absolutley NO Returns on Electrical parts. Engines, short blocks , whole goods or special orders. ALL items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of your order, NOT used and in sellable condition. Parts that have been installed can only be exchanged if found to be defective. If our company sent you a part that is wrong and YOU have supplied us with the part number, you will be responsible for all freight, shipping cost and any incurred expenses. |
